Measure in 60 seconds

Compression sizing runs by leg circumference in centimetres — never by shoe or dress size. A pair that matches your measurements delivers the declared pressure; a guessed size does not.

Step 1 · When

Measure in the morning, before swelling builds — ideally right after getting up. Use a soft tailor’s tape, snug but not compressing.

Step 2 · Ankle

Measure the narrowest point of the ankle, just above the ankle bone. This is the decisive measurement — compression is defined at the ankle.

Step 3 · Calf

Measure the widest point of the calf. For thigh-highs and pantyhose, add the widest thigh circumference and leg length if you sit between sizes.
